Compilation of carefully planned workouts to do at home, at the gym or anywhere Each workout has 2 versions: Bodyweight : which includes 2 sections : WARM-UP AND METCOM/WOD and With elements (dumbbell or kettlebell) which includes 3 sections: #1 Warm-up, #2 SWOD (strength wod) and #3 WOD (workout of the day) or METCON (metabolic conditioning) The workouts have a split for the different body parts so that you have a perfect balance throughout the program, video DEMOs for every exercise and even some bonus follow alongs. You can be bold and do the 30 workouts all bodyweight first and then run a second round but doing the version with elements. So actually, you have 60 workouts here for the price of 30. There is a support group you can join, where you can ask questions, share experiences, motivate each other and exchange ideas for exercise modifications.
